My blaze has not connected to receive texts messages since the update this fall. I have tried everything that is recommended multiple times. Does anyone else have any recommendations other than those listed on the Fitbit site? I’m beyond frustrated.

Best AnswerIt’s great that you guys are aware of the problem. When are you going to be fixing the problem? It’s been months since it stopped working.
The problem is, is that it is some users on specific phones. Why is it not all all users with these phones and what is it that makes only some have problems. First step is to figure out why, then confirm, then a solution can be worked out.
I am unable to receive text notifications also. I have an Android phone. I have tried all of the suggestions and am still unable to receive text.
