My Blaze stop syncing to my phone I try to sync but keeps loading doesn't even sync at all what do I do?

I get call notification but when I try to answer or denied them it doesn't show me any of these options new update or fix this please

What phone do you have, @Dimas, answer an reject calls is only with the iphone.
