Replaced app on phone and on Apple laptop. Still no sync. Get message on laptop that need to turn on Bluetooth. It was on. Last year it synced on the laptop and Android phone but now it's not syncing with either device.

Hi @Tobydog try these tips. Also check for a Fitbit app update.

Sorry. I’ve done all of these steps, even reinstalled all apps on phone and laptop. Still no syncing. Trying to sync on laptop gives me an error that I need to turn on bluetooth. It was on and even if I turn it off and then on, it still gives me the error message. Earlier, when I turned it off then on, it worked. Now it doesn’t. On the phone, when I do all of the steps, it cannot sync. It use to but now it doesn’t.
