Hi, my fitbit is no longer reading heart rate? Can anyone help?

Hello @Mwrobo 

Is it possible you accidentally disabled the heart rate setting on your Fitbit Blaze? If that’s not the case try restarting your Fitbit Tracker as described here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
