Hi, 

I bought my husband the blaze Fitbit watch for Christmas last year and the strap has broken! He hasn’t even been wearing it a year yet!! 

Realky disappointed. I have read that this seems to be a common problem with this watch?! 

How can I go about getting this fixed?
