My Fitbit Blaze is stuck on the clock and heart rate and it won't charge, how do I fix it?

If your tracker is stuck, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

About the charging, follow the instructions provide in the help article Why isn't my battery charging?.
