Hey Guys,

 

I was gifted with Fitbit Blaze. By mistake I tried syncing with phone in low battery state. It's neither completing the setup due to low battery nor charging. It keeps displaying the diamond icon when connected to PC for charging through USB.

 

Update

Now I have removed the pairing from my mobile as well. Still the charging icon is not displayed. Initially I tried pairing it using the code.

Hey @kbjan26, it's great to see in the Community.

I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your Blaze? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
