Blaze stuck in Miles

I have been unable to update my blaze to km's. I have changed it on the website dashboard and it has updated on my phone app but the blaze itself still shows Miles. Does anyone know how to update this?

Have you synced since making the change? A sync is required to copy the changes over to the fitbit.

I have tried syncing with the phone but it still doesn't update.
