Morning,

Have you tried a restart ?

Press and hold left and bottom right for at least 10 seconds then let go.

Blaze should restart and if your lucky this will cure it.

Mine ended up being terminally ill and just kept getting stuck on logo and when it did occasionally show time it was incorrect.

Ended up calling customer services and they checked Blaze logs on system and sent replacement (free also offered as alternative 50% off a newer version if preferred that instead).

Thanks for the help. I tried the hard reset and the logo flashes but just comes back again. I put in a ticket with customer support. Hopefully they can help.

That's exactly what happened with me.  I opted for the free replacement.   Now I received an offer to buy a new Versa since they discontinued Blaze.

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing with your trackers, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves.

If you have already tried the restart process and setting up the Blaze as a new device without results, I recommend contacting our support team, I know they will be glad to help you out. For a faster response you can contact them via chat.

Well, it turns out it isn't a fixable situation and customer support has offered to let me buy another tracker at a discount.

I fear that all I will be offered is a discount for another product. I'm out of the warranty period. Cannot believe such an expensive watch lasted barely 1 1/2 years. Will not be buying anymore Fitbit products and telling anyone who will listen to not bother either. My eatch was never abused to justify this issue .

David, Not sure where in the world you live but, if you are in Europe then the warranty is 2 years so you should get a replacement/discount offer similar to me. I took the replacement as did not want to spend more money. LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY Fitbit warrants to the original purchaser that your Fitbit-branded device and Fitbit-branded device accessories (collectively, the "Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, except that if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and you purchased your Fitbit product in the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").

Having this same issue. Called support and because my blaze is over a year (barely 14 months) they offered the same thing. 25% of a new blaze or 40 off a more expensive model. Are you kidding? That's their solution. . . Try everything you recommended and when it doesnt work buy a new one? Seriously it's barely a year old and these things are cheap and clearly it's a running issue for many.. . So why even try buying a new one? You cant even tell me why it's happening so why risk another product doing the EXACT same thing!

I got it off the login by letting it die for a whole week. When restarted,
it starting working including the HR monitor. Since then HR not working but
remainder is ok. I agree with your take on Fitbit. Waste of money if you
ask me.
