I'm so frustrated! I started receiving clock errors a few days ago. I went to the app and chose a new clockface as was advised. Then a day or so later, the same error and fixed the same way. Then I saw an update available so updated my app and then updated my tracker, which took several tries. Now, it's stuck on the logo screen and won't charge!!!

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.
