Blaze stuck on "Clock Error"

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

hi this error is happening to me.  I switched clock face and that fixed it the first time.  Now my Blaze is not syncing and the screen is stuck on the logo which is broken in 3 logos. My Blaze worked fine for over a year.  I unlink from my phone but it cannot sync back up.  Why is this happening now?  Thank you.

I face the same issue last night when i change the clock face. It starts to give me Clock Error message. I've tried to sync using the previous clock face that i was using but it still doesn't solve the problem. I've tried sync with all faces available on 3 different devices but it still doesn't work.

Honestly, Fitbit is not a good product. Fristly, the Sync is always slow and having problems. Secondly, the product isn't design to take and smallest impact, the glass of my blaze have multiple chipped off. I've not feel any big impact hitting against the watch and i dun know how it happened. Wearing watches over 40years, the cheap few dollars watch off the street didn't crack or chipped so easily. This is the only watch that i wore that have cracks/chipped that i don't even know how it happened.

The frame of the watch could have been designed to be higher than the glass to protect the watch since it is a device for sports as user may have accidentally hit the watch during work out. I doubt that the product has even gone thru simple reliability test like impact, drop test like any sports wear electronic product. The VP Quality, R&D should be fired

Never again i will buy fitbit product or recommend fitbit to anyone.

I just got SAMSUNG GEAR S3 FRONTIER. it has more function and way too much better than Fitbit.

I still wanna Fitbit to give an answer.
