Blaze stuck on startup cycle

Without any warning, my Blaze reset itself and is now stuck in what seems to be the startup cycle.  I've tried a hard reset but this just restarts the cycle.  I've removed it from the IOS app & unpaired from my phone and then tried to reconnect through the app but this also fails.

 

Anything else I can try?
