Blaze stuck on the fitbit logo

Hopefully someone can give me some advice.
I received my blaze a couple of days ago and set up fine, it has been working since. Today it is stuck on the fitbit logo and flashes every 20-30 second or so. I have tried turning it off and the screen goes black for a split second then continues to be stuck on the fitbit logo. Any help please. Thanks

I have just submitted a post with the same problem. I have tried restarting and I can not get past the flashing logo.

Did you just hold the left and lower button for 15 seconds, or do the shuttdown throgh the settings menu?

@Nelson01 Have you tried holding the single LH button and the bottom RH button at the same time for a few seconds.

If that starts to work the Notifications will show and get brighter, and then while holding the buttons the Fitbit Logo should appear. That is another form of shutdown/restart..

Apparently this is a software/device defect and requires a replacement. Just received my RA a couple of minutes ago. Customer service was great.
