Blaze stuck on the fitbit logo

Hopefully someone can give me some advice.
I received my blaze a couple of days ago and set up fine, it has been working since. Today it is stuck on the fitbit logo and flashes every 20-30 second or so. I have tried turning it off and the screen goes black for a split second then continues to be stuck on the fitbit logo. Any help please. Thanks

This is the EXACTLY what I just went through. Same symptoms, same issues also 15 months old. They couldn't fix it and also offered an insulting 25% discount on a replacement.

This is obviously a known issue as so many people are experiencing this, yet Fitbit chooses not to take responsibility. Way to alienate your customers, Fitbit!

mine is just now starting to show the exact same symptoms.  It's about 20 months old.  i'm gonna let it die and see if that fixes the problem.  this sucks.

Sorry you are having same trouble. Once mine reset it worked fine. When the
Versa came out I sold mine to a coworker. No complaints from her. Love the
Versa. Due to the expense of replacement possibly try the tips to reset a
few more times prior to just giving up.

I've tried the reset trick multiple times and nothing happens...it still just shows the Fitbit logo when the screen comes on.  Funny thing is that it still syncs and i can still see my stats on the app...i just can't on my wrist.  i'm going to let the power die and see if that hard reset fixes it.  i'm gonna have to wait a while b/c i just gave it a full recharge last night xD

@StarWarsFever you need to update the firmware in the Ionic.

If the app isn't prompting you to update the firmware, then you will want to do an add tracker. Then choose the Versa to replace, you will be replacing your Versa with itself. This should prompt the setup to update the firmware.

I’m not really following you. I have a Fitbit Blaze. All firmware is up to
date per my app and corresponding settings online.

Hello everyone!

I hope you are doing fine and sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your trackers. If your Fitbit are showing the Fitbit logo, I recommend restarting them and set them up as new devices by following the instructions provide in the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device?.

If these steps don't work, feel free to get in touch directly with our support team, I know they will be glad to help you out with this. For a faster response you can contact them via chat.

Keep me posted. Robot Happy

When I had the issue it was determined they would replace it. The reset
procedure didn’t work at all.

Yeah—total bummer. I went ahead and got a new Versa. Here’s to hoping it
lasts longer than a year...or dies while still within the warranty period,
lol

When it happened to mine it didn't make it the 18 months. I got lucky and
it was still under warranty.

so far it's pretty awesome. although i did get sucked down the watch face
rabbit hole. there are so many awesome ones to pick from.

quick question...does anyone know if we can keep multiple watch faces on
our Versa...or do you have to "install" them each time you change them.
It's kinda a pain to switch faces since there are so many. i didn't know
if there's a way to "favorite" them

many thanks

That was good. Still think it should have a longer lifetime.

I’m done with Fitbit, not a single one has lasted more than 14 months. I’m not rich enough to keep spending that kind of money. Love the product when it works though.

I had a flex for 3 years and it was fine. I now have a Blaze which I’ve had for nearly a year and so far it’s fine
