Blaze swipe function

Hi I just got my Blaze yesterday and last night it was working perfectly. Today the swipe to scroll through the menu on the face of the watch is not working. I can't get the face to move beyond the clock.

If you can not swipe, you can't turn off blaze. (And reset won't work)

When restarting, are you holding in the left and lower buttons for 15 seconds .

yes, I have restarted multiple times, and it goes as usual ok, but it does not work for curing the "dead" screen.
