Blaze swiping not working

My screen stays only on the clock?? It doesn't swipe anymore!!

Try giving it a reboot by holding down the left and bottom right buttons together for a few seconds.

Mine is not allowing me to swipe either and it started over a week ago! This drives me crazy because I like to ck my steps!

 Got a new fitbit blaze today and the touchscreen has become unresponsive multiple times.  I can reset it but even then it doesn't always solve the problem first time.  

 

It keeps getting stuck on the clock screen,  while in this mode I can hold down either right hand button to bring up notification options/list and left button to return home but can't do anything else.

@Siouxholmes to restart the tracker, hold in only the left and lower right buttons.

@Danielle1980 and @Rdellar  please try this also, you might need to do it 3-4 times. This is only a software restart, and it sounds as if there is a hardware problem.

I would then go to the settings menu and shutdown the tracker, then do a proper startup by pressing any button, this would be a hard restart.

I have followed the instructions to reboot the charge HR but it's not showing the battery symbol & at 8 seconds it vibrates but nothing is showing on the screen.

 

Any advice? X

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine!

 

First of all, thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourselves. I would like to know if you keep having swiping issues? If you do, I recommend restarting your trackers by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

@Danielle1980 what fitbit tracker do you ha e, please? Ypur posting in the Blaze board about a swpe proble., asking about the now defunct Charge HR with  a screen problem

My touch screen doesn’t work somehow am I supposed to go to the settings menu. I can’t swipe to get there. What’s another alternative?
