Good morning everyone
This is first post as part of the community, I started using my Blaze for the first time on the 03/05/2017. The first 2 days I've been quite happy, but I need some pointers from the pros.
My question:
How can I switch between exercises without stopping the recording function? In other words, my medical insurance uses my exercise data for various reasons, therefore needs a total calorie burn for a daily exercise session.
When I go to the gym, I do a weight lifting part and then a cardio part.
So upon arrival I set my Blaze to weight-lifting and complete the whole weight lifting session. But then afterwards I want to jog on the treadmill. Now if I stop my current exercise on the Blaze and restart a 'new' exercise for running, my medical insurance views it as two different sessions. So I only get credit for the highest of the two instead of the total for the whole session.
Is it possible to switch between weightlifting and treadmill without stopping the exercise (without having the calorie counter restarting from zero)?
Also, on a separate note, during my exercises, the Blaze displays my HR, which is great. Is it possible to display my HR as a % of max instead of beats per minute?
Regards
A

Welcome to the forums!
You could use the workout mode. It wont be able to tell what you are doing though. But you wont have to switch

Thank you very much for the reply.
If I may ask, does it make any difference if one type of exercise is selected instead of another?
Such as selecting treadmill instead of Elliptical? Will it make any difference?
