Blaze switching off after removing from charger

Hi

My blaze when charging show battery full but as remove from charger turned straight off .

I haven't warranty and looking for any services to send for repair. 

Do you have a list of your services in UK

There is no place to send for repair

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Do not work for me. My blaze out of charge look like death, so not respond for any buttons.
