Blaze syncing but I don't see the information

Blaze syncing to android app but not transferring data. Been 2 weeks now, I also use an Alta HR which transfers without any problems ... Any help with this would be appreciated.

Thanks for the information provided. To provide you with the most useful information possible, your account has one dashboard that displays a comprehensive view of your activity. Since you are using a Blaze and an Alta HR, Fitbit combine their data and present the totals.

For example, if the tracker you wore to the office counted 10000 steps and the tracker you wore during your evening run counted 9000, the total number of steps on your dashboard is 19,000. So, your Blaze is syncing but the information you are seeing in combined.

Yes I do know that if using both in one day that the total will be combined from both trackers. My problem is that none of the data from my blaze transfers to my stats. I usually only wear my Alta HR during the week and the Blaze on the weekend. Dashboard for weekends is 0 steps for last 2 weekends.
