Blaze syncing issues

I put away my Fitbit for a few months. Brought it back to life, and started using it again.

1. It won't sync with my phone. So it shows the wrong time, and the date of March 12th.

2. I can't change the "cals" to "steps" on my phone.

What I have done to try to repair these:

1. Deleted the app, and loaded it again on my phone.

2. Deleted the device on my bluetooth list, and paired it again.

3. Shut down my phone and the Blaze and paired the 2 again.

I am stuck and frustrated. Help? I have an iPhone 5C, so I am pretty sure it is compatible.

A warm welcome to the Forums @darleen.ramirez.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Have you checked if your Blaze is paired to your account? If it is paired, you should see the Blazon icon on your Dashboard. If the tracker's icon isn't there, do the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy
