Blaze telling lies

Take a look at the picture, I have barely moved and my blaze says I've burnt almost 4k calories.

This isn't the first time it has happened.

Did it stay that way? Mine sometimes doesn't refresh some of the info from the day before right away. But I notice this like right after midnight, not at 6 AM.
