My Blaze is going to a frozen thermometer icon and won't respond. It is extremely random when it happens. Let me state that it's not in cold temps. It happens while sitting at my desk in my office and it happens in the gym while working out. What the heck is going on? The left and bottom right doesn't reset it it is just stuck on that screen till it decides it's ready to reboot. What is your address Fitbit, I'll ship this expensive tracker back to you for a replacement. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Thank you. They couldn't warranty the tracker but they offered my a 25% discount on all the trackers and a 40% discount on an Ionic. I already have an Ionic under the tree, lol. Maybe I'll get one as a gift.
