Blaze time is wrong

My blaze is running 1 hour behind.  I live near a time zone change but my phone keeps track of the time.  When I sync it show last sync "about 1 hour ago".  The data transfers to the phone, but the blaze time won't update, and the sync immediately after syncing goes back to the "about 1 hour ago".  I have checked the time zone, and turned on and off Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Location.  Nothing helps.

It's great to welcome you @12121212. If your tracker is displaying an incorrect time, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync it, out the correct time and sync again. Also, please check that the device that you are using to sync has the correct time.

 

To change the timezone do the following from your Fitbit app:

 

1. Tap the account icon

2. Slide down and tap advanced settings

3. Enable the automatic timezone

4. Edit your timezone 

5. Sync
