My Fitbit blaze for the last couple of weeks seems to register at heart rate even when I’m not wearing! I’ve tried restarting changing settings I’ve also gave it a good clean just in case but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Hi there @Cameron24, welcome to the Community Forums. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot your Blaze prior to contacting us.
Sometimes the Blaze can't detect you have taken it off, and it sees what it thinks is your pulse. This is can be explained in this article. Note that if you remove your tracker but it keeps moving, for example if you put it in a pocket, backpack, or purse (like in this case), the tracker may display an erroneous heart rate reading. And there are some factors that can affect the heart rate readings. Movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication are some of the few things that can affect it.
You can prevent to happen again when the Blaze is not in use. In order to do so, open the Settings app and find Heart Rate. Make sure Heart Rate is On/Off (depending of the situation).
At this time is not possible to delete the heart rate that has been already tracked. I'd recommend to take a look at: How do I edit or delete Fitbit data and activities?
I'll be around if you have any questions present.
