Blaze turn off after remove from the charger...

I just got Blaze today and charge for 2-3 hours but after I remove from the charger, the screen goes off. I tried to press the button to restart but nothing happen.... the screen goes black. But if Blaze is in the charger I sync with my phone. I already tried to Shut down, I can do it but I cant turn on. Really have no idea how to do now.

Welcome to the Community @gibgyb. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not responding at the moment of taking it off of the cradle, I recommend restarting your Blaze a couple of times more, if this definitely doesn' work, get in touch with our support team. For a faster response you can contact them via chat or phone.

When ever I take out the my Fitbit from the charger it always turn off and I can't get to reset or anything. I can only see the screen when I charge it, it says that it is full battery
