Blaze turned black

it is less than a week old and just turned black, I've tried to recharge it (even though batt was medium) and I've tried resetting it.. Nothing works.. The sensors on the back are still flicking green but my blaze doesn't sync

Hey there @Kleo9. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is not responding as it should. Just to make sure, did you restart your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds? If the tracker is not doing anything after  that, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Support Team. They will be able to take a closer look into it and provide a solution.
