Blaze turning off if taken off charger

My Blaze has been off for a while. Took it out, it updated itself and it is on while on the charger and showing full battery but if I open the cover of the charger, turns itself off and won't turn back on. Help!

When my Blaze is in charging port, it show fully charged but when taken out, can't on it and the green flashing light at the back is not lighted.

Kindly advise what I supposed to do to turn it on?
