Why is my brand new Fitbit Blaze turning off as soon as it leaves the charger? My second Blaze in 2 weeks and getting frustrated.

Is it possible to turn the tracker on after it turned off itself? Is the battery icon full or low.. on the Blaze if possible to turn on after taking out the charger?
