Blaze uncontrollably and constantly vibrating after having charged it.

Blaze was dead for 1 or 2 weeks, while it was finished charging I started hearing something vibrating off an on. It was the Blaze vibrating so I took it out of charger and all seemed fine and set the blaze down on table. About an hour later the blaze just starts vibrating uncontrollably and its best at least 30 minutes and still vibrating and I can't get it to stop. HELP!!!!!

Whenever a fitbit misbehaves the first thing to try is a restart. Here's how:
