Blaze undercounting steps and not recording a pace on gps connected walk

Hi, all me and my wife both have Fitbit Blaze's mine is under counting steps and when we both start a GPS connected exercise we walk the same distance, we both stop and finish the exercise open the Fitbit app and compare the data recorded

1) mine is 1000+ steps behind

2) where it brings up the route the same route is recorded on both devices the distance is different then, I have noticed on my wife's there's a pace calculated next to the boot/trainer symbol but on mine there's no pace recording just the shoe/trainer symbol.

I've checked all settings unsynced the blaze re paired it again can someone help? Please

A warm welcome to the Community @Novascott, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

Regarding the GPS issue, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My Blaze GPS is not working, keep in mind that your tracker needs to be successfully connecting with your phone to have an accurate information. About the steps, restart your Blaze, walk 100 steps and let me know how many the tracker registered.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Hello @AlejandraFitbit i have tried all the process you have suggested i have got a iPhone 7  there is no compatibility issues  as for the gps issue I'm not sure it's a gps issue as the whole route is mapped it just calculates a totally different distance from start to finish and does not show the pace where my wife's does  I've done everything I can find on troubleshooting even forgot this device and paired it up again re booted both devices etc changed the calculated pace to auto and back then manual  compared all settings with my Wife's still no pace recording  I will do a walk test again tomorrow and see the difference in steps
