Hello, my trusted blaze which has not been used for over a year will not switch on. I have charged it and although it started to charge, the screen went black and even after 30mins of it not being plugged in, the blaze it hot to touch.
i have tried to reset using the left and right buttons, any other suggestions?

When these devices are not used for a long period of time it kills the battery.
Please do not try to charge it anymore.
Its out of warranty but you can contact support to see what your options are
