Blaze unresponsive, screen frozen

Hi I stopped using my blaze for a couple weeks because the strap broke. When I got a new strap I went to charge my device and it’s not charging. The screen keeps flashing an image that looks like the loading screen. 

There’s no water damage. It was working fine before I stopped using it. The screen and buttons are unresponsive and I can’t restart it or turn it off.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Blaze that is not charging or responding.

 

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. 

 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure as described here.
