Blaze update not working

My iPhone and iPad both say that I have a update to do for my blaze. When I push the update button nothing happens. Is there something else I need to do?

Hmmm that's weird @Rstade58. Would you mind logging out of the app and logging back in? For this you only need to go to the Account section at the lower right corner and then scroll all the way down and tap on "Log out of app".

 

Log back in and see if the update button still appears at the top of your app.

Logged out of both devices and the update tracker button is still red. I push it, it goes white, and then back to red with nothing happening. I've done other updates before so this is weird

That's strange... I would expect for it to go away soon or with a new update but let me see if this is a known issue to know how to proceed. Please let me know if it goes away or if you get to do something to get rid of it.
