Do you know if there is going to be an update to this issue soon? Its been happening for at least a month. Also, getting an issue with receiving text message notifications, but not snapchat or phone call notifications. I have checked my notifications settings as well, and all are checked. Not sure what the issue is.
Thanks and look forward to your answer!

Mine just started about a week or so ago doing the same exact thing. Please say there is a fix/solution to the problem.

Hi there @Lizzy13, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm very sorry to hear that you're going through this situation as well.
As mentioned along this thread, we’re aware of the issue all of you have been reporting. We are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, the only thing I can advise as a workaround is to switch to an Android phone. You can see the full list of compatible devices at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
I'll be around if you have any questions present.
