Blaze vibration too weak

I got my Fitbit Blaze for Christmas thinking it was better than the Surge. Well 3 months later and I’m not happy. The vibration alert when I hit each mile is weak. I don’t ever feel it. I have to keep checking which will run my battery down. I want to return it to the store, but I think it too late. Is there an update to improve this? I don’t want to go to the Apple Watch.

A warm welcome to the Community @Lperales04.

I appreciate the feedback provided regarding the Blaze. About the tracker's vibration, I know that it would be great to have an option to make it stronger but our team do not currently have plans to release this feature for Fitbit Blaze, since this option was incorporated into future products like Fitbit Ionic which has adjustable vibration strength.

Remember that you have the option to receive an email when your tracker's battery runs down. You just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. Tap the account icon.
  2. Scroll down and tap Notifications.
  3. Select the notifications you want to receive.
  4. Sync

I hope this helps, see you later. Man Happy

Is the adjustable vibration also available on the Versa? Or is it only a feature for the Ionic?
