Blaze want sync with s4 the blaze won't accept sync

Been trying for 2 days to sync my new blaze to my phone and existing ap for my old surge.
I have reset the phone updated software reset blue tooth and restarted the blaze numerous times.
Please help!!!!

Out of curiosity @ianred, has the Blaze been setup, and what device was used to set it up.
I'm trying to figure out if it is a sync our a setup problem?

Hi there @ianred. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

 

To add to what @Rich_Laue asked, if you've not set up your tracker, make sure to do so by using the same app. For this tap on the upper left corner to go to the menu and here tap where it says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and after that your tracker should connect to the app without any problem.

 

If it's that your tracker is not syncing try to restart your tracker again by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and this will make your tracker to reboot and you can try to get it to sync after that.

It wont pair with my Galaxy S4 in order to sync


I have connected it to the laptop and the laptop isn't picking up the connection in the USB port tried it on a different laptop and still not picking it up.


fitbit ap has been up dated and the phone and the blue tooth restarted ,,,no luck


the blaze continualy refuses to pair with the phone or not recognise it?

@ianred when you say "you connected it to the laptop", is this a win 10 laptop running the Win 10 Fitbit app? Did you try to connect through a Fitbit BT dongle, the laptops built in BT, or through the charging chord with the Blaze connected directly to a USB port.
