Blaze was vibrating non-stop, now won't turn on; heats up when charging.

My Blaze start vibrating constantly back around the first of August.

Battery ran dead, put on the charger but it won't turn on anymore.

Heats up during charging. Left it off for quite a while and then re-tried but no luck.

Any suggestions?
