Blaze went dark

Hi, I fully charged my blaze two days ago, and in the middle of wearing it yesterday it just went dark. I have hit the two buttons and the back to restart it but its still dark. The green light on the back is still on. I tried to put it back in the charger but nothing happened. Right now I am letting the battery run out to recharge it. Does anyone have anyother suggestions? Thanks

Welcome to the Community @gretamarie12. Before contacting support, I recommend Restarting your Blaze a couple of times more and put it to charge too. If it definitely doesn't turn on, feel free to contact our Support Team, for a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

Does the Blaze stay on while it is in its charger?

My other advice would be to contact Fitbit, they can look at the back end of your tracker, then give some advice.
