Blaze went flat in 2 hours and now over heats when trying to charge

Hi,

I put myfully charged blaze on at 8am on Tuesday and it was flat by 10am. When I got home I put it on charge and just after showing 1/4 charged a red triangle with a thermoniter appeared on the screen. On picking it up ot was hot. I left it to cool for a couple of hours and it was flat again. There is a vague red tinge to the screen edges now and it still over heats by about 1/4 charge. Will not retain the charge. Any ideas?

You and a lot of other people (including me) have had the same problem.  If it’s less than a year old, they may send you a new one, if it’s more, they may offer you 25% off a new device.  Whatever, contact customer service and see what they say.  Don’t try to use it again.  I’ve read on the forums where people have burned by them.  Good luck.
