Blaze will not charge or turn on

Please help me with the above issue.  My Blaze will not charge and will not turn on. I cleaned the pins and plugged into my pc and still nothing. Super frustrating since it's only 6 months old.

Contact support and get replacement.  Seems to be lots of issues with the Blaze.
