My wife and I purchased two Fitbit Blaze in February after many years of using Garmin products. Three weeks ago my Blaze would not charge so I called support and they were very helpful and told me all of the things to do to try to get it to charge none of which work. I called again and they did send me a new Fitbit. My wife's stopped charging last week. We live in Kansas City which is the world headquarters for Gamin and I'm about to go back to there products. We have two new Vivo on the shelf I won at work. I t I feel like I just threw $300 out the window. Is this just bad luck on my part? Does anyone know of any recalls on this product. With the Garmin products you do not ever have to charge them and can wear them all the time without taking them off. I like the style of the Blaze but the whole charging thing has been a pain. I'm very disappointed in this product can someone help. Is their an upgrade I can so to get a product that works? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there @philspaeth. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that you and your wife are having problems with your Blaze trackers not charging correctly 😕
When it comes to your warranty, it's good for 365 days, so this means that if you have the same problem again during that period, there should be no inconvenient in getting you back on track as you're covered under the warranty. In this situation, I'd recommend having your wife get in touch with our Support Team for them to help her out and get her back on track as soon as possible!
Also, if you get to have any problems with your tracker and are still under warranty, don't hesitate in getting in touch with our Team and they will be happy to help you.
If you need anything else, let me know and I'll be happy to help!
