Hey there @bigears1! Good to see you in the Community! 😄

I would like to know... has the Blaze been synced already or you're trying to do the set up process to get it to connect to the Phone?

If it's the first time set up, you will want to do this from the Fitbit app. Download the app from the applications store and after creating a new account, go to the Account section and choose "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and it should go through without any problem.

Now, if the tracker has already been set up to the account, I would recommend restarting the Blaze by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds, this will make it to reboot and to try to sync it again after that and see how it goes.

Let me know if you need more help!

Thanks for getting back @bigears1!

I'm sorry that nothing worked to get your tracker to pair with your phone. At this point, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team. They will be happy to take a look and help you out with this and have it replaced if necessary.

Let me know if you need more help with this!
