Blaze will not hold charge. Have had it 6 weeks.

When on charger it shows fully charged. Before i can get it mounted in the bad it shows low battery  then goes dark. Ihave already tried to reset by holding the left and bottom right buttons until the icon comes up. Didn't help. When i first got it charge lasted about 5 days within 2 weeks it only lasted 2 days. Then more week only 1 day. Now it is useless.
