Blaze will not link to app

Since new Fitbit app update, my Blaze will not sync. I have removed it from my app and I'm trying to re-add it. App advises - 'We found your tracker!' and 'Connecting to Tracker...' but will not pair.

mine has been acting wired for the last 1-2 weeks. Doing what you say, along with it shutting down like it’s dead after taking it off the charger fully charged. When it turns back on, it shows a dead battery-and hour after it was fully charged. It used to last 3-4 days between charges just 2 weeks ago.

I have a charge2 that won’t syn with any apps since the update and is even struggling to sync with Fitbit app itself!

Contact customer service if you have tried all the steps to restart your Fitbit. Mine will say it’s fully charged on charger. I take it off the charger and within an hour it says low battery. It shuts off. They said they can’t replace it because it’s out of warranty but gave me a 25% discount to purchase another. I’m good with that since I’ve had this one for 2.5 years and I’d like to get the latest technology update.
