Blaze will not power on or charge

Hello - I am having issues with my Blaze not powering on or charging.  It is completely dead.  The blaze was purchased back in February of 2017.  Can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not responding 😕

 

I'd like to know... when you put it to charge, does it at least show anything on the display? Even if your tracker is not turning on, Have you tried by any chance to give it a restart to see if it comes back on? If not, You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

If after doing that, your tracker still doesn't come on, please let me know and I'll be happy to help you out from there!

Nothing shows on the display when it goes to charge.  I have tried the re-boot and it still does not work.
