Blaze will not stay charge

My Blaze will not stay charge no longer than an hour. It says it is fully charged  but only last an hour. I have tried resetting the Blaze, cleaning and changing the USB port. Any other suggestions?

I have done all of these things and it is still dead after an hour. Really
not happy with this. My husband has the same fitbit. I did the update, he
did not. My fitbit no longer works and it was working perfectly fine
before. His is still working, because. It should be something done to fix
this issue. I use my fitbit and before now was very happy with it. I don't
think I will recommend this to any of my educator colleagues. The price
that we pay for this product, so many others should not be having the same
issue. Not good at all. I will definitely be looking at a different brand
for my next purchase.
