Hello Everyone:

I hope your day is going well. I am severely disappointed with my FitBit Blaze. The Blaze goes through sperts of working and syncing just fine, and then it will refuse to sync. I have done the following and my Blaze will still not sync:

  1. Turn off location and bluetooth and reattempt to sync
  2. Force quite FitBit app and reattempt to sync
  3. Reset my phone and reattempt to sync
  4. Turn off my phone and reattempt to sync
  5. Allow all permission setting on FitBit and reattempt to sync
  6. Uninstall FitBit App and reinstall and reattempt to sync
  7. Uninstall and turned off location, bluetooth, app, & phone turned it all back on and reinstalled everything and reattempt to sync

I am getting sick and tired of never knowing whether or not this $300 product will ever function normally on a regular basis. I am at a complete loss of what to do other than wait and hope it feels like syncing later.

A warm welcome to the Forums @buzzoffmak and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I recommend taking a look at our list of compatible mobile devices and check if yours is listed. In the meantime, please follow the instructions provide in the Having troubles syncing? post.

Apparently the G4 is not a compatible device, even though I used it last week and the G3 and G2 are compatible. By Blaze will not sync with anything, lab top, phone, hard plug with the USB nothing works. What do I do if my Bluetooth is broken?

Thanks for the information @buzzoffmak. Have you tried the instructions I provided in my previous post? If you haven't, I recommend following them, since there you will be able to find troubleshoot to follow for every device you use.
