App isnt syncing. Keeps giving a message of: sync is scheduled. How? It has always synced automatically. Has there been a change in the app for android users?

Mine isn't synching today either. Mine keeps saying "tracker not found."

I've only had my Blaze for a week, but today for the first time it wouldn't sync with my android phone. I tried turning on and off the phone's Bluetooth, etc. with no luck. When I rebooted my phone, it finally synced.

One of the things I have found is that if synching by bluetooth, a competig bluetooth signal will prevent the device from synching.  So, If you are attempting to synch on your computer via bluetooth, make certain the cellphone is not near the computer or else turn off the bluetooth on the cellphone.  In addition, two fitbits in close proximity to your computer or cellpone can cause the process to freeze--not knowing which device to synch.

With so many bluetooth devices, there are just a lot of bluetooth signals that can prevent synching.

Hi everyone! Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

@John917, thanks for pointing out to that, and I totally agree with you. Too many bluetooth signals or other Fitbit trackers around may sometimes give your tracker a hard time syncing. Something else I can recommend is restarting your trackers by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds until your tracker restarts. Turn off and back on your bluetooth and after that, try to sync and see if it goes through.

Anything else you may need, let me know. I'll be happy to help!

Thanks for the response!  Looking back, I realized this happened after I went for a run with my phone and bluetooth headphones.  So I think the conflicting signals is exactly what the problem was.

I've been having this problem suddenly this week after months with no trouble.  It only happens when I'm at my desk - then my phone & Blaze can't see each other.  I turned off the bluetooth on my laptop & everything works fine again.
