Last sync Sept 30 have always had on all day sync. Tried restarting app, phone, blaze did the hard shutdown nothing is working.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
