@Rolypoly1066 and @mmmiglioli please the getting started post on how to mention someone .

Doing it this way will get @AlejandraFitbit's attention.

Notice I put an "@" then tapped on the person in the popup list.

Hi There. Yesterday during a run my Fitbit Blaze died and will not come one. It was fully charged and I have tried numerous times to hold the various buttons as mentioned down, but there is no life. The green lights at the back have also stopped flashing. I placed it back into the charger to see if this would help but no luck.

This morning I delinked it from the app and relinked my older Fitbit Blaze that was replaced a year ago due to battery issues as well as screen issues. I am now stuck with two that do not work properly 😞

Please can you assist with my dead unit?
